This risk can not be fully eliminated but it can be reduced by requesting the notes from IRCC and CBSA. This is the best option available as the processing of notes from any government agency can not be expedited.

2 years after the last administrative action the supporting documents may have been destroyed. However, depending on the application, visa office and method of submission, for some applications these records may be available beyond the 2 years.
